Top Notch Inn provides several room options. The Standard King Room is located in the main building. The Premium King Room has ground floor entry and direct parking. The Deluxe 2 Double Room and Deluxe 2 Queen Room are remodeled rooms, suited for up to four people, with ground floor access and parking. The Mt View 2 Queen Room has been redesigned for maximum space and efficiency, it fits up to four people. Rooms include an over-sized fridge, microwave, in-room coffee, writing desk, flat screen TV, Direct TV, WIFI and seating for two. Mt Moriah Cottage is a five-bedroom cottage with two and a half bathrooms and sleeps up to 10 people. Pinkham House features three bedrooms plus a queen pull out couch and two full bathrooms. It can sleep up to 10 people.

J's Corner Eatery & Pub is located across the street. It offers cocktails and appetizers. The hotel also provides gas grills near the poolside, along with utensils and propane for guest use.
